Evaluations

When aiming to remain good and perhaps become even better professionals need to know how they are currently performing. Top performers make use of this automatically and frequently: knowing where you are helps you to get to where (or what?) you want to be. Unfortunately, in general we tend not to be good at assessing our own abilities. A tried and tested way is to ask colleagues, doctors training to be specialists or employees to evaluate our qualities in words and scores.

You can find a variety of instruments for these evaluations here. After all, knowledge is power! A unique aspect of the instruments which are provided here is that they are evidence-based; they can withstand the test of scientific criticism. That adds to the trust people put in the results and encourages their acceptance and use.
