Myrthe van der Wal

Myrthe started the Bachelor of Medicine at Amsterdam UMC in 2020. In 2022, she wrote her undergraduate thesis titled “Differences between female and male faculty’s clinical teaching performance as assessed by their medical trainees: a systematic review” within the PP&CC research group. Conducting research caught her interest from the beginning of her studies, and she remained curious in what else this topic has to offer through writing her thesis. Therefore, starting in January 2023, she  continues her research on gender differences in teaching assessments under the guidance of the PP&CC research group.
